CSR ACTIVITIES

On the recommendationof the 1st CSR committee in the 177th Board Meeting held on 27.03.2023 resolved to depositRs.27,59,671/- into Tamil Nadu Disaster ManagementAuthority toward the unspent CSR fund relating to Financial Years 2019-20 to 2021-22. Accordingly the fund was transferred. In that meeting, it was also resolved to spend Rs.9.71 lakhs toward CSR fund for the financial year 2022-23 for the benefit of i) Rehoboth Public Charitable Trust, Paraipudur and ii) Human Uplift Trust, Manichanallur and the amount was fully spent following code rules.
